Richard Budgett, the IOC’s medical and scientific director, said it’s important to remember that “transgender women are women. So you’ll include all women, if you possibly can.” Surely, he must have skipped biology classes.
Skipped that course indeed. Back when I was in school & biology class there were only two genders. Times sure have changed.
Personally I think males believing they're females, & vice versa, isn't a biological issue but one of mental health troubles.
Supposed I were to go out on my lawn, crawling on all fours barking at the neighbors. My neighbors would say, "Wow, Pete's gone nuts." But no, according to standards today, if I believe I'm a dog then I am.
No men in white coats are to be called. Instead get me a Milk Bone & scratch behind my ears.

There are Females, from Africa mostly I think that were born with miss matched chromosomes, test to high, can't compete.
