So the actual residents took it upon themselves to clean up their neighborhood since the city gubberment wouldn't & they get reprimanded for that. But it's OK to campout on city streets & foul those up if you don't actually live there. That's just absurd.
That city has to be run by a Dem mayor.

They said the encampment actually extends to a school parking lot. So kids going to school have to go through that mess. The mayor and Governor should be run out of town…
