Joe has to be convinced to do a Lyndon Johnson.
My thinking only two people need to be involved, Dr Jill and Barack.

Henry, by "a Lyndon Johnson" what do you mean?
Too long ago for this ol' man to recall anything that he did.

Tens of millions of viewers suddenly came to full attention. What did he just say? What could that mean?
"Accordingly, I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your president." But what the country could not have known at the time was that LBJ had been agonizing over this decision for more than six months. A series of health problems — gallbladder and kidney stone surgeries, a serious respiratory infection, heart issues — had plagued the president in 1967.

Henry, well, my praise to Johnson then. For having enough courage & respect for the office to admit that he wouldn't be fit to fulfill his duties.
Significant difference in character compared to Comrade Joe.

Will never happen, he likes it where he is. And does not care what anyone else thinks…or what happened to our beautiful country. He makes me sick. He is a shell of a creature, he is not a man because a man would stand up and admit he is not qualified…

Well he is not running the country, that is an impeachable offense I feel, but of course he couldn't be convicted.

PJ, "...he likes it where he is." Pretty much describes most if not all Democrats. What they like most is their positions of power over the rest of us. And they don't give a damn about how their schemes adversely affect us.

Henry, how many impeachable offenses has Comrade Joe committed? And how many illegal actions have the Dems taken? Is anyone keeping tabs? I'd guess it's a unbelievable number.
