Follow up.
Democrat Henry Whitehorn received 53% of more than 65,000 votes cast, putting him ahead of Republican John Nickelson. According to the Louisiana Secretary of State’s office, 42.3% of Caddo’s registered voters took part in the election.
Almost 15,000 more votes, and less than half of registered voters!

Henry, my 1st thought on this was: And in how many other states is this sort of cheating going on? And worse yet, in how many is it known to be going on but it's purposely overlooked?
