President Trump told radio host Hugh Hewitt he would fire Special Counsel Jack Smith if he wins the election. "We won the documents case. We’re in the process of winning all the other cases, I think. Even sometimes when we have to go to appeal. We got immunity at the Supreme Court. It’s so easy. I would fire him within two seconds. He’ll be one of the first things addressed." Article Here

I think it should be a judicial process of termination.

Henry, well, the proper legal process wasn't followed when Smith was appointed.

We need to sink low? I think not. Just update the Action, and for the chain, all the way to beginning.
Certainly no need to look petty. Just undoing.

Henry, no, I don't think Trump should go low. He should do the firing the proper, legal way.
My previous comment was only expressing my feeling that Smith & any Dems involved in all the lawfare against Trump, oft times violating the law in doing so, don't deserve being treated fairly.
What they all deserve, rather than being fired, is time in prison.
