“The Biden administration has been on a power trip since assuming office in January. They believe the Constitution can be tossed to the side and that the rules do not apply to them. This has been made clear through numerous executive orders and the championing of legislative pandering to progressives. This resolution makes it clear policies that limit the freedoms guaranteed by the Second Amendment for law abiding citizens will not stand. The attempt to limit your right to defend yourself is an egregious government overreach.” Article Here

Thank God it isn't that hard in Georgia. I have my concealed carry license and carry most places.

Byron, not hard to own guns here in PA. Hunting is a prolific sport here. And just owning firearms without going hunting is common. I'd be hard-pressed to name just one friend I know who doesn't own a gun.
Or multiple firearms. One of my best friends has a literal arsenal. And he knows how to use those proficiently. As do many other Keystoners.
On another note: ever notice that new policies that Dems try to enforce always result in the exact opposite of what they'd intended? In this case attempting to ban firearms has resulted in the increased sale of those.

And the legal sale there of.
Case upfront and visible the couple that had their guns taken after defending their home.
To heck with conceal legal open carry, the ones doing the shooting are not very good shots. They know that people will shoot back that can hit something, should make them think.
There is trap shooting sport in schools up here, state meet was local.

Henry, back when I was in junior high we actually took guns to school for a hunter safety training class. And we walked 2 miles to school (no, not uphill both ways) carrying our shotguns & rifles with us.
And no one batted an eye. None of this gun hysteria we see & hear of nowadays.

If needed, I can give all of the written evidence that anyone needs to prove it but I'll have to do it later. No one, not even the SCOTUS can deem a law that conflicts with our constitution legal! An example of what has happened to our country can be seen below! ![](http://i.postimg.cc/BZKgQ2SW/GOVERNMENT-POWERS.jpg) What was intended! ![](http://i.postimg.cc/j5G44Shk/GOVERNMENT-POWERS-PART-ONE.jpg)

Paul wow, that new system is an eye-opener. Hadn't known about it. Have to wonder how it got turned upside down? My guess would be the Democrats somehow got liberal, maybe far-left judges appointed to a majority.
I know that if Biden got elected there was talk of the Dems wanting to do that. But it appears that it's already happened.
I recall that there was talk by some that the Supreme Court had become law makers rather than interpreters of the law.

Paul, I see. BTW, I'm glad you're back where we can discuss political issues since I learned alot from you in our former political forum. Well, once I sorted thru all the MSM talking points to get to your posts. ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Speaking of packing courts, note my latest post on SCOTUS with quite a few Dems crying for just that.
