Henry, same here in PA: no investigation into Gov Wolf's nursing home deaths.
As you've likely learned, there are two tiers of justice in the U.S. Some get arrested & convicted & others get away with whatever they've done wrong.

Henry, that first article you posted was in our newspaper this a.m. So I read thru it. IMO, nothing substantial there that'd block the audits. Just political posturing with claims of racism. As usual.
Here's the rub on this issue: Dems adamantly & regularly pronounced that the 2020 election was secure & fair. Yet they oppose audits that could prove their claim. So one could presume, from their opposition, that they know that it wasn't & don't want to be found out.
If the average person were accused of a wrongdoing they'd fully support a thorough investigation into the matter in order to prove their innocence. On the other hand, if they were guilty they'd vehemently oppose & attempt thwart an investigation.
